Sometimes the most powerful solution is the most simple. In this example, we employed information designed to help a community of low literacy patients understand a very complicated aspect of their disease and treatment. Our designers created a simple, mnemonic device to alert patients to a condition called Iron Overload that could develop once a patient completes 10 or more transfusions. This type treatment was carried through the campaign in print and digital pieces.
